A $15 deposit is required to hold your spot as a student here at Stickandstrum. Deposits are not applied towards tuition, camps or classes. If you select “I am ready to sign up for lessons and pay a deposit,” you will be promoted to another page to pay after submitting this form. If you do not pay online, you will be emailed an invoice to pay deposit. The deposit must be paid before starting lessons. *

Commitment Policy: *

I commit to the Spring Semester of music lessons, which ends on May 24th. I wish to do lessons on a month to month basis and pay an additional $25 per month of lessons. I commit to the Summer Semester of Music Lessons which runs from June 2nd - July 27th. I commit to the Fall Semester of Music Lessons, which goes through the week of December 23rd.
