Frequently Asked Questions
- How much are Lessons?
Please click here to see our pricing options. Prices are the same for each instrument.
- Where are you located?
We are in Riverchase, on the Pelham/ Hoover Line! We are directly off of Old Highway 31, across from Riverchase Automotive.
- What age do you begin lessons?
Great question! We have classes for as young as age 5, but it depends on the instrument.
For kids ages 5 - 7, we recommend they begin with our Rockband class. This is a great class for those getting started with music. Kids will receive mini lessons in guitar, drums, piano, and ukulele. They also perform a concert the last day of class! It's a lot of fun.
Our Guitar and Drum classes are geared towards ages 8 and up, while with Piano, students can begin at age 6.

YES! And we LOVE it. We offer private lessons for adults based on our availability. Please contact us to request lessons.
- Do you teach Private Lessons?
We believe in our small classes SO much, we have a limited availability for private lessons. Why? Because in a small class setting, your child gets the individualized attention they need, as well as the time and space to work through lessons on their own. We make sure everyone in the class is encouraging and helping, and we have zero tolerance for disruption. We want your child to thrive!
We schedule private lessons for advanced students based on our availability.

- How many students are in a Group Class?
2 - 4 students. We do not exceed 4 students in a class.
- How long are lessons?
30 minutes. Believe us, we get a TON done in 30 minutes! In order to get the most out of lessons, we do ask guitar and ukulele students arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to set up and tune their instruments before lessons begin.
- Do you offer Make Up Lessons?
When you sign up for lessons you do not pay for individual lessons. You do however pay to reserve a time slot on our teacher's schedule for the full semester. With that said, we do not offer make up classes but we are happy to email you with updates and/or content your child misses when they cannot make it to their class reservation.
- My child has never played before. Is that ok?
Yes! We will get them started and work with them as they learn every step of the way. :)
- Is it too late to sign up for a class that has already started?
Nope! If a class is still open for enrollment, we would love to have you!
We will not close a class until it is either full, or has been meeting more than 3 weeks.
